This Cookie Policy explains how Avino Pty Ltd (doing business as Gollo) ('Company', 'we', 'us', and 'our') uses cookies and similar technologies to recognise you when you visit our website at https://gollo.co ('Website'). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Gollo) are called 'first-party cookies.' Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called 'third-party cookies.' Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (for example, DDoS protection, CAPTCHA challenges, or analytics).
Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies for two reasons only:
- Essential cookies — required for the Website to operate securely. Without these, you can't sign in, stay signed in, or complete a booking.
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences so you don't have to reset them every visit.
We do NOT use:
- Advertising or targeting cookies
- Social media plugin cookies (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies (we have no Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics enabled at time of writing — if that changes, we will update this Policy)
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. Because Gollo uses only essential and functional cookies, we do not currently ship an in-app Cookie Preference Center. Instead, you can control cookies through your browser's settings.
If you reject essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in to Gollo or complete a booking.

Cookies we set
The specific first-party and third-party cookies served through our Website and the purposes they perform are described below.
Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with the Services. Without them, you cannot sign in, stay signed in, or complete a booking.
sb-<project>-auth-token— Supabase Auth session token. Keeps you signed in across page loads. Provider: gollo.co (Supabase Auth). Type: HTTP cookie. Expires: 7 days (refreshed on activity).sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier— Short-lived OAuth PKCE verifier used during Google sign-in flow. Provider: gollo.co (Supabase Auth). Type: HTTP cookie. Expires: ~10 minutes (single sign-in flow).cf_clearance— Cloudflare bot management; verifies you passed a security challenge. Provider: .gollo.co (Cloudflare). Type: HTTP cookie. Functional cookies
These cookies remember your preferences.
Currency and language preferences are stored on your Gollo profile (in the database), not in a cookie. So there are no first-party functional cookies today. If we add functional cookies in the future (for example, to remember your consent choices when a preference center ships), we will update this table.
Advertising cookies
None. Gollo does not use advertising cookies, targeting cookies, or third-party ad-network trackers.
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognise or track visitors. Similar technologies include web beacons (sometimes called 'tracking pixels' or 'clear gifs') — tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier and can signal that someone has visited a page or opened an email.
Gollo does not use web beacons or tracking pixels on the Website. Some transactional emails (booking confirmations, review requests) may include standard email tracking pixels through our email provider (Resend) to confirm delivery — these are used for operational purposes only, not for advertising.
Do we use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?
No. Adobe Flash was discontinued in December 2020. Gollo does not use Flash or Local Shared Objects (LSOs).
Do we serve targeted advertising?
No. Gollo does not serve targeted advertising. We do not allow third-party ad networks to place cookies or trackers on our Website. Your Gollo activity is not shared with advertising platforms.
How often will we update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed. The date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
